LAKE MILTON, Ohio –
The annual Lake Milton Arts and Crafts at the Beach event returned for its 8th year on Saturday.

It featured over 120 vendors, eight food trucks as well as entertainment for kids.

The event is the biggest fundraiser of the year for its host, the Lake Milton Women’s League.

From their fundraising events, the League gives back to the community in a variety of ways, including helping local artists, providing scholarships and building structures around town such as a gazebo.

A member of the Women’s league says the event is growing each and every year and are optimistic that trend will continue.

“A lot of people come back. I think we had at least two thousand people last year so we’re hoping for even more this year since we’re getting to be a little more well known,” said Sue Lemon, a member of the Lake Milton Women’s League.

The Lake Milton Arts and Crafts at the Beach takes place every year on the second Saturday in August.
