Olocau is a small village in the Valencia area that boasts an interesting Iberian archeological site. It celebrates its latest edition of Iberfesta from June 6th to 8th. This established event revolves around Iberian culture and features historical reenactments, military parades, guided tours of the Puntal dels Llops site and the Museum Collection, and educational workshops. For the third consecutive year it includes an authentic Arts and Crafts Fair organized by craft association Amata.
The fair is set up in the main street (Calle Mayor) and brings together more than 30 stalls, including professional artisans, local creators, local associations, and tourist information stalls from other towns with Iberian sites. Participating artisans come dressed in Iberian-inspired clothing, creating a coherent atmosphere with the rest of the event’s activities.
It is a fair of unique pieces, made entirely by hand, reflecting both the traditional craft and the personal creativity of each designer. Whether you’re looking for a gift for your aunt or your children, to treat yourself, or to decorate your home, you’re sure to find something original: jewellery made of various materials, ceramics, beautiful horn combs, socarrats (traditional Valencian hand painted tiles), cloth or leather bags, lamps made from pumpkins or pine cones, wooden toys, and much more!
Amata also offers several craft demonstrations each day, allowing the public to learn about the production process of various products firsthand. A tavern area is also available for visitors to refresh and relax in a themed sett

Friday from 7 till 10 pm; Saturday from 11 am till 2 pm and from 6 till 10 pm and on Sunday from 11 am till 3 pm.
