ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — The work of fine craft artists is being celebrated by the Memorial Art Gallery this weekend.

The Memorial Art Council hosts the Fine Craft Show and Sale each year to fundraise for the Gallery. The artists featured utilize ceramics, mixed media, leather, wood, fiber, and jewelry in their works.

The weekend began with an opening party on Friday, where attendees had the opportunity to meet the artists and purchase crafts featured in the show before the public. On Saturday, the Fine Craft Show and Sale officially opened from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. The event is scheduled to continue on Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets for the event are separate from museum admission and cost $10 for adults, with free admission for children 12 years old and younger.

Additional information about the Fine Craft Show & Sale can be found on the Memorial Art Gallery Website here.
