The Mirrors Programme has announced the winners of its 9th Annual Student Art and Digital Competition.
A Government spokesperson said, “On September 18, 2025, the Mirrors Programme held its 9th Annual Student Art and Digital Awards Ceremony at Masterworks Museum. The event, hosted by the Mirrors Alumni and Friends Association [MAFA], celebrated the winners of the Art and Digital Competition, and coincided with the opening of the 10th Annual Art and Digital Competition, which has a theme of ‘Our Island. Many Stories.’”
Senator Mischa Fubler, Junior Minister, congratulated the winners, stating, “This year’s theme, ‘Faces of Bermuda,’ asked our young people to reflect on the people, identities, and stories that make our island unique. The pieces we celebrate today show remarkable creativity, vision, and skill. Each of you has captured something powerful about Bermuda.”
Programme Manager, Ms. Kimberley Jackson, also commended the student artists: “Your creativity and hard work have brought this year’s theme to life in unique ways. Each piece reflects not only talent but also your unique perspective of Bermuda. We are proud of your achievements and look forward to seeing your artwork in offices around Bermuda.”

Art
Primary
- 1st – Leonardo Stoppa, grade 4, MSA
- 2nd – Laila Frith, P3 St. George’s Prep
- 3rd – Nylah Fareed-Majors, Year 6, Clara Mohammed School
Middle
- 1st – Lucy Leman, Year 9, BHS
- 2nd – Ryahn Ball, Year 10, Warwick Academy
- 3rd – Julia Stoppa, Grade 6, MSA
Secondary
- 1st – Seri Fisher, Year 10, Warwick Academy
- 2nd – Alexis Almeida, Grade 12, MSA
- 3rd – Luke Douglas, Grade 10, MSA
Digital
- 1st – Jorai Laurenceo, Grade 11, MSA
- 2nd – Kamaya Lynch-Wade, Grade 11, MSA
- 3rd – Tai Smith, Grade 11, MSA
Schools of winning students were awarded the following prizes:
- Bermuda High School [BHS] – $750.00
- Clara Mohammed School – $350.00
- Mount Saint Agnes Academy [MSA] – $2,700.00
- St. George’s Preparatory School [St. George’s Prep] – $500.00
- Warwick Academy – $1,250.00
