Imaginative artists captured iconic buildings, pubs, parks and streetscapes in a competition organised by Knutsford Town Council.
The town was transformed into huge open-air studio as people were able to watch the works of art take shape.
The event coincided with the last al fresco dining day of the year so the streets were buzzing with people.
All the entries were put on display at Knutsford Market Hall, where they were judged at the end of the day.
A spokesman for Knutsford Town Council said: “Thank you for your patience whilst we have counted up the votes across Facebook, email and jotform.
“We received over 1,000 votes for the people’s choice category.
“Congratulations to all the artists who took part.
“The artwork is incredible across the board and we feel very lucky to have so many fantastic artists on our doorstep.”
The council plans to run the competition again next year.
