Playful pumpkins and goofy ghosts art class

Waterworks Visual Arts Center in Salisbury will offer a chance for little artists to have a blast creating spooky-fun art and get delightfully messy in a real art studio on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at 123 East Liberty in downtown Salisbury.
Preschool and kindergarten age kids will dabble with paint, work with paper, and create pumpkin playdough and Halloween slime. A storytime and dancing the Monster Mash will add to the creativity.
Families can register for this fun class at www.waterworks.org or call 704-636-1882. Cost is $32 for Waterworks members and $40 for non-members. This class is messy, so don’t come dressy.
“Miss Debbie” Hoffman, youth art instructor at Waterworks, will lead the class.
