The second annual Printmakers of Scotland (PoS) Festival took place over two days at the University of Stirling and generated around £50,000 in print sales.
Organised by the PoS artists’ collective, the event featured 45 participating printmakers and included ten interactive printmaking demonstrations.
Deb Wing, one of the organisers, said: “Our second festival has gone very well with an increase in visitors on last year and outstanding feedback from both visitors and all of the 45 artists who were on show.
“Positive comments from visitors included ‘the range of printmaking styles and techniques is amazing,’ to ‘a beautiful selection of different print styles.
“It was lovely to meet the artists.”
Twenty-eight prizes and certificates were awarded during the festival.
The event also included a Quiet Hour in the morning with restricted access for visitors who face challenges in crowded environments.
Ms Wing said: “This reflects Printmakers of Scotland’s ongoing commitment to inclusion in our events.
“We will soon begin the process of planning our third festival in 2026 and can only see the event going from strength to strength.”
