We held our annual arts and crafts show at St Gluvias Community Hall this week.
Eleven members entered 47 exhibits over 21 classes.
There was good support for the baking section (one marble cake was still warm) plus needlecraft, photography, preserves, and floral art.
Over recent years, this show has been a ‘practice run’ for Penryn’s Flower, Craft, and Produce Show, which Penryn WI organises for the Town Council in September.
Schedules for that show will be available very soon.
Penryn WI would like to thank our judges this afternoon, Heather Knowles and Helen James, who commented on the high quality of all the exhibits!
Our meeting on 18th June will be in the hall and will take the form of a Beetle Drive.
