Gitty Lipszyc-Brikman’s passion for art found its purpose when she hosted her first paint party workshop for a Young Jewish Professionals (YJP) group in Manhattan.
This event sparked the creation of CosmosArt, a mobile paint party service that brings creativity and connection right to your doorstep.
But let’s rewind a bit to where it all began. Gitty has been painting for as long as she can remember. Recognizing the need for healthy outlets within a Chassidic environment, she started an art group for children during her high school years.
It wasn’t until a friend asked her to run a paint workshop for a YJP group that she realized the incredible potential of these gatherings. Reflecting on that first workshop, Gitty shared, “I saw how painting broke the ice and created the perfect environment to meet new friends, gather, and have a great time.
But this experience got me thinking: what if we could add deeper significance to these gatherings?” That idea led to the creation of the Am Yisrael Chai collection of paintings, providing the meaningful touch that these paint parties needed.
CosmosArt offers step-by-step guided painting parties and workshops throughout the New York Tri-State area. With just a table and chairs, CosmosArt transforms any space into an art studio, providing a hands-on experience with a meaningful message. We’re proud to have hosted events for various Chabad houses—including Park Slope, Sea Gate, the Bronx, and New Jersey—as well as schools like Beis Rivka and Lubavitch Yeshiva.
