Four artists are preparing to unveil their new art and craft gallery in North Walsham.
By The Broads has been in the works since the start of this year after the artists found they were “coming away with very little” due to the additional charges from outlets.
Selena Read, one of four directors for By The Broads, said: “We don’t want to make money from the artists.

“We want to provide an outlet and advertising for them so they can sell their work and benefit from what they enjoy doing.”
The store is located at 6a Market Street and opens its doors on April 3.
“We are so excited because we thought it was a pipe dream,” Mrs Read said.

“Estate agents weren’t taking us seriously as lots of shops are closing at the moment but we managed to get an opportunity and we are excited to see the sales come in.”
Customers can expect handmade crafts “to a very high quality” including paintings, accessories, cushions, cards and ornaments.
Prior to the opening, the shop has had a successful start with “work already being sold” from passersby taking an interest as the team completed the finishing touches.
