A craft business is helping a young entrepreneur achieve his dreams as it launches a new shop in north Norfolk.
By the Broads is a not-for-profit art and crafts gallery that opened in North Walsham in April last year.
They support around 60 artists who rent out space to sell their handmade arts and crafts.

The owners are now expanding the business further by opening a new craft shop in the town under the name Ye Broads Craft Shoppe.
Kierxn Davison, 19, who runs his own craft business, Red Panda Crafts Norfolk, will be managing the store.
He started his business in Sprowston and has rented spaces in Beccles, Henstead, Dereham, and Norwich.
In October 2024, Mr Davison was awarded the Business in the Community Award by Broadland District Council.
Selena Read, co-owner of By the Broads, said: “He started his business when he was 13 and won this award when he was 18.

“When we approached him about managing the store, he said it had been his dream to start a craft shop.
“We’re so proud of him and happy that we can help give him a head start towards this dream.”
The store will include a range of arts and crafts materials.
“We will have a bit of everything people need for crafts, especially stuff you can’t find elsewhere,” Ms Read added.

“Once we’re up and running, we will listen to feedback on what our customers want to see.
“We really just want people back on our high streets supporting local businesses.”
The grand opening event will take place at the new shop at 3 Market Street in North Walsham on February 4 at 10 am.
By the Broads also offers craft workshops and encourages people to check their social media for further events at the shop and gallery.
