The activities of the training program in the fields of calligraphy and watercolor painting were concluded on Tuesday, October 29, in the Mahmoud Al-Labba Hall in the Ministry of Culture HQ, in the presence of the Minister of Culture, Mabrouka Toghi, and the Turkish Ambassador to Libya, Guven Begic.
This program was organized by the Office of International Cultural Cooperation at the Ministry of Culture, in cooperation with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency TIKA, and continued from October 21 to 28, with the participation of 56 trainees from various regions of Libya.
Both the Minister and the Turkish Ambassador expressed the depth of cultural relations between the two countries, noting the role of training workshops in strengthening these ties and transferring experiences.
The Minister stressed the Ministry’s interest in preparing distinguished Libyan cadres in the field of calligraphy and watercolor painting, praising the efforts of the TIKA agency in supporting this cultural cooperation.
