Window Opens Nov. 1 for GT & SCAPA Consideration
Visual and Performing Arts (VPA) auditions for the 2025-26 school year are slated for Nov. 1 through Dec. 13. This opportunity is for students in grades 3-12 exploring gifted and talented services in a particular arts area at their school or interested in attending the School for the Creative and Performing Arts (SCAPA Lafayette) or SCAPA at Bluegrass.
Students may audition in Dance, Drama, Music (Instrumental or Vocal), Visual Art, Technical Theatre (high school only), or in more than one area. All prepared and on-demand portions of the auditions will be submitted on video by the gifted and talented resource teacher or arts teachers at the student’s school.
