Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum will host the Spring Makers’ Fair on Saturday, May 9, from 10am to 4pm.
The event will feature a curated selection of crafts, artwork, and handmade goods from talented makers across Worcestershire and further afield.
Tracey Ayre, events officer at Worcester City Art Gallery and Museum, said: “We love bringing local artists and craft makers to the Art Gallery and Museum for the Makers’ Fairs.
“There is always a beautiful range of stalls for visitors to enjoy.
“The Spring Makers’ Fair will be an excellent opportunity to pick up a gift for a loved one, or yourself!”
Stallholders will offer a variety of artisan products, including prints, jewellery, textiles, homeware, jams, and more.
Visitors will have the chance to meet the makers, learn about their creative processes, and hear the stories behind their work.
The museum’s shop will also be open, offering a complementary range of cards and gifts—many of which are also created by local artists.
For those in need of refreshments, Little Al’s Kitchen at the Balcony Café will serve coffee, cake, and lunch throughout the day.
In addition to the fair, visitors can extend their trip by exploring the museum’s spring exhibition, John Singer Sargent: an American in Worcestershire.
Tickets for the exhibition can be purchased on the museum’s website or at the shop on the day.
