A BRAVO reality star is showing off her slim waist after getting rib sculpting surgery.
Emira D’Spain from Next Gen NYC debuted her 25-inch waist three weeks after getting major surgery.
The trans model and reality star shared an update on her “remodeled” ribs after surgery.
Emira shared that she got her ribs “cracked and broken” so that she could have a “snatched” waist.
“I will say, the first five days were brutal,” she said.
“I am so happy, it looks incredible,” Emira added, showing off her new figure in a skin-tight zip-up jacket and leggings.
The reality star also showed fans the corset she has to keep on 23 hours a day for 12 weeks.
“To clarify, I’m not convincing anyone to do this, I’m just sharing my own personal experience,” she said.
Emira previously documented her surgery and explained the procedure for fans.
“They don’t actually take the ribs out, they just fracture them slightly and then bend them inwards,” she said, while showing before-and-after clips from the surgery.
After posting about her surgery experience, Emira posted an Instagram story clearing up questions about the procedure.
“I’m going to say this once and then move on,” she began.
“This is something I’ve struggled with for a VERY long time. I’ve always has a more boxy frame, and no matter what I did I couldn’t achieve the shape i personally wanted.
“I’ve tried other things in the past, but for me it was structural, not just fat. i AM already confident and happy in my body, but i also belive if there’s something you’ve always wanted to change, and you have the ability to do it safely, you’re allowed to,” she continued.
“this wasn’t about insecurity, it was about alignment with how I’ve always envisioned myself.”
